Mekigah is an effusion of sounds emanating from a dark turbulent vortex. This is the 4th album from acclaimed Australian blackened doom / ambient / avantgarde project Mekigah. The album captures similar feelings and sonic spaces to 2014's Litost, with their signature slow tempo. Harsh, bottom end tones set the scene with doom laden soundscapes held together by stripped back drums and bass while guitars spin a whirlwind of random frequencies.
