The debut album of Danish artist and composer Christian Skjødt consists of two lengthy parts, created and recorded live at the Tonometer Studio, January 2014. Both parts are long, slow developments, each of a certain hypnotic and metallic character, creating a multi-layered labyrinthine world. Here a massive amount of sonic details lead towards and into different landscapes of immersion, defined by both textural sharpness and softness. Skjødt uses handmade electro-acoustic devices, springs, ebow, oscillators and samplers. Ltd x 300 hand-numbered copies on transparent vinyl, with A3 poster and download card.
